Opatril Concrete Construction is looking for a FIELD OPERATION MANAGER for our CONCRETE DIVISION. Location: Fargo, ND/Moorhead, MN

We are a Cast in Place Concrete Construction Company and have been in business for 50 years, based in Moorhead, MN.

We specialize in Residential, Commercial, Agricultural and Industrial Cast in Place concrete projects.

The Position: Field Operation Manager

• Manage timecards along with the superintendents, project labor and efficiency.
• Communicate all timecard issues with controller.
• Communicate changes on project side to Estimator for billing.
• Create Schedule with assistance from ownership.
• Communicate with customers in all three phases: Pre-planning, Construction, and Project closeout.
• Quality Control.
• Human Resource Management.
• Mentor new and existing field staff employees.
• Communicate and lead the Flatwork and Wall Superintendents.
• Allocate resources to keep the field staff productive.
• Educate field staff and develop talent internally.

Who we are looking for:

The preferred candidate should be: A team player, comfortable with technology. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the concrete industry. Highly disciplined and organized. A natural leader and dependable.

Requirements for the position:

• High School Diploma required.
• Foreman or lead of a trade experience.
• Hands on experience in the Concrete trade.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
